Hello, I'm Ian Robinson
With 18 years' experience working for cottage agencies across the Lake District, I've carried out hundreds of property visits and Fire Risk Assessments - from small huts to large mansions.
I'm a qualified Fire Risk Assessor (FPA C06 Award & QNUK Level 3 Award) for properties up to three storeys, and I work closely with partner companies on larger, more complex properties. Over the years I've also produced countless property quality assessment reports and assisted with health and safety investigations - so whatever your requirements, I can help.
Based in Lancaster, I cover all of the north of England, and further afield on request.
